SHIPPING & RETURNS
We use The Courier Guy for shipping our parcels. A flat fee of R95 is applicable for parcels throughout South Africa. Free shipping is available for purchases over R700 in total.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your happiness is our main focus and we like to keep things as simple as possible. To make things easier for everyone, we’ve split our returns policy in two.
I’ve changed my mind about what I bought
You are welcome to return any product purchased from our online store within 7 days of receiving it. Unfortunately we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original, unopened packaging. We will unfortunately require you to pay for return shipping, but it should never be more than R95 for a nationwide return.
Something’s not right with my order
If your purchase arrives and you are not 100% satisfied (if anything is broken, damaged, or if there is an item missing, or that does not live up to our promise of quality) please call 082 866 5338 or email email@example.com immediately so that we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible. We will organize for a courier to collect the item free of charge, and as soon as we receive it, will replace the item, or offer an online store credit for the amount in question.
Returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.
