Chicken Salad 


  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 juice of lime
  • 1 tsp Moringa Powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste


In a medium bowl, mash the avocado well.

Mix remaining ingredients

Serve on your favorite bread, in a wrap, or on top of a bed of lettuce.


 Moringa Latte


  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1-2 tsp Moringa Powder
  • 1 tbsp honey or stevia (optional)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp cacao powder (optional)


Blend all ingredients together until frothy.

Pour into a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until steaming, but not boiling.


Breakfast Smoothies


  • 1 cup frozen fruits
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Moringa powder
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp almond butter (optional)
  • ½ cup ice (optional)


Blend all ingredients together

Add honey or stevia for additional sweetness

Optional almond or any nut butter adds thickness and masks Moringa’s flavor completely. 

Note: Milk, cream and healthy fats works wonders in masking the bitterness of Moringa.
