When will I get my order?

It depends on which delivery option you selected. Once we have received payment confirmation, your order will be dispatched within 1 business day. This should be added to the estimated delivery days below.

The courier service option takes 1 to 4 working days. This depends on your location.

Business days: Monday – Friday

If you have placed an order over the weekend, dispatch will only happen on Tuesday.

We do the best we can in dispatching orders as soon as they come in. We then rely on the courier service to deliver your orders without experiencing any delays. Therefore, these lead times are estimates as we cannot guarantee exact delivery days. We are more than happy to assist you in giving more exact figures if you contact us.

How can I track my order?

Courier service:

Once we have received payment confirmation for you order, we will dispatch within 1 business day. The courier service will collect your order for delivery from our warehouse. We will email you once your order has been dispatched. Within that email we will attach your waybill number. 

Once we have received payment confirmation for your order, we will dispatch within 1 business day. We will post your order and email you your tracking number.

What will delivery cost me?

The delivery cost will depend on where you are located and the weight of your order. During the checkout process, our system will automatically calculate the appropriate cost based on your delivery address.

What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

Please contact us immediately if you have either not received your order or the order has been damaged. We will do our best to rectify the situation accordingly. Our packing team has a high standard of quality control. So, if any goods have been damaged in transit we will happily replace them. Kindly send us email with a photo of the damaged goods attached.

If you would simply like to return goods, you can do so within 7 days of receiving them. It is up to you to pay for the goods to be couriered or posted back to us. The goods will only be accepted in the original packaging. Once we have received them we will issue you with a credit note. This will be subject to a 10% handle charge.
